Event Details

We understand trying to balance one’s love of craft beer with their health goals. That’s why we’re teaming up with Registered Dietitians, Lori and Tim FitzPatrick. Lori and Tim are the founders of Richmond’s own, Nutrition On Tap. They encourage mindful drinking and help craft beer drinkers (like us!) consider nutrition in a enjoyable and practical way. Join us for a fun and informative “Self-Care Sunday” event, that shows you can have your cake and eat it to, except in this case it’s Benchtop brews and bites! 😉

What’s on tap?

• Meet outside the brewery on Sunday, October 15th at 11:30 AM.
• Enjoy a short group walk on the Manchester Floodwall (~1.5 miles, level path with stairs to access).
• Then back at the brewery, for a delicious craft beverage and a mini nutrition workshop led by Nutrition On Tap.
• Lori & Tim will cover healthy habits for craft beer drinkers, mindful drinking strategies, FAQs, and more!

The $20 ticket includes: a guided group walk, one drink ticket (non-alcoholic options available), a nutrition workshop led by Registered Dietitians, nutrition handouts, recipes, and a mindful drinking checklist. Oh and, of course, a little brewery swag! 😊

PARKING: Parking in the garage on 5th st is free for the first 30 minutes. Bring your parking ticket in and we validate for an additional hour. There is also street parking in the neighborhood.
